As I have been working for a long time on replenishing my own energy levels and using and maintaining them better, the training gave me a valuable and easy-to-understand summary. Some connections became clearer to me after taking part in the course. I also learned new approaches and methods, which we tried out during the training and which I will remember as very effective in the long term. The training is structured in such a way that even people who have not dealt with the topic before can follow it very well. I have already recommended it to colleagues.

Dr. Ullmann managed to far exceed our admittedly not too high expectations. To present such a complex and very individual topic in such an entertaining way was an outstanding achievement.
The whole thing may have been a bit chaotic for a technician, but that was ultimately what made it so charming.

I have already experienced various seminars and training courses and also give seminars myself. But this training course was absolutely outstanding, very deep and substantial, yet delivered very emphatically and easily.

I was really impressed by the "Remote Leadership" seminar. No standard topics are presented in a matter-of-fact way, but rather you embark on an entertaining journey together, which provides each participant with suggestions and assistance in their individual leadership task, from the use of various tools to insights into the human psyche.
