We would like to thank Mr. Zornkau for his telephone advice and Mr. Koch for his on-site advice when we purchased a dishwasher. Both were very nice, open-minded and knowledgeable. Even the entire staff in the store was very friendly.

C530a duo gekauft am 28.02.18 .Erste Reparatur in der Garantizeit am28.11.2019Gerät am 3.12.2019. zurück an Kunden(nach meinem ermessen. wurde die Fehlerangabe nicht ganz so ernst genommen)Fehlerbild heute wieder erneut aufgetreten .Neues Gerät bzw.noch Garanti oder wie verhält sich das? Fazit:Service u.Freundlichkeit lieszen doch zu wünschen übrig.Wenn es doch zum Neukauf des Gerätes kommen sollte aber dann nicht bei expert Hoyerswerda .Kundennr.:00036924. mfG ralf.etzold@freenet.de
