Benedikt Böhm led our executive retreat in October 2026 in the Zillertal with a keynote speech followed by workshops, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. With his photos and stories from high-altitude mountaineering, he immediately engaged 22 executives from a wide variety of fields and built a credible and tangible bridge to our day-to-day leadership work. In the workshop, he skillfully guided the participants—divided into mixed groups—toward a shared understanding of the current situation and common goals. Shortly after the event, we received a structured evaluation with concrete recommendations for the next steps—a valuable foundation for our continued work. The preparation was straightforward and professional, and communication was always on an equal footing. The feedback from our group was consistently positive. We can wholeheartedly recommend Benedikt Böhm.

In December ’25, we had the pleasure of Benedikt speaking at our C-Level Leadership Team meeting at Deutsche Telekom in Bonn. Benedikt took our event briefing on board and interpreted it perfectly. He shaped his stories and used examples which directly supported our business priorities and key messages, as well as being engaging and energizing. Secondly, he introduced concepts about speed and excess baggage which were new to many of us (not going to give a spoiler here). A real pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend highly enough as a speaker for corporate events.
