Once again I received excellent service !!!
Mr. Wilde recognized the problem immediately after my fault description, a look under the hood was enough. The repair was carried out within one day, the defective part was delivered overnight, it couldn't have been quicker or more customer-friendly.

I am shocked by the prices. In independent garages, the work is done just as well but at far better prices. For example, paying over 300 euros plus installation for a standard car battery is completely exorbitant!!! The prices put me off, so next time I will go to another garage. Unfortunately.....

Contacting you and making appointments is now working better. The online form was very helpful, a call regarding a change of appointment was made promptly and it was then no problem to make an alternative appointment on the phone. The order acceptance process went very smoothly, the waiting time was short this time and collection was also straightforward. Everything turned out better than last year. I was very pleased about that.

Mr. Leuning was a great salesman and took excellent care of me. What didn't go well was that it took an unexpectedly long time before I was able to pick up my vehicle. On the agreed day, it was then postponed by another two days, which was very annoying. Then the hybrid battery was unfortunately not charged, which I think you could have expected.
