Overall, the service provided by Autohaus Haas was good to very good.
I was a little annoyed that I had to call the ADAC on advice, although there is a FIAT mobility guarantee. Why didn't the service go through them? Why does this service exist then?

I was treated very unfriendly, the employees in the workshop are all lazy and communication is very poor as a result! Especially as a woman, you feel very uncomfortable and not taken seriously!
