I have been a customer at your branch in Tempelhof for more than a decade, have always been very satisfied and have seen the same employee every year for an inspection. Towards the last inspection I feel very badly advised. I was given an invoice for "AVP - air conditioning", which I was not made aware of in any way beforehand. During the consultation, it was not explained to me that this was not part of the otherwise free inspection and would therefore be subject to a charge. This workshop service was unnecessary and I would not have requested it if I had received the correct advice. Around EUR 90.00, an expense like this is a bit of a blow in this day and age. I am disappointed, but will of course be more attentive in future. Nevertheless, the thought of a tarnished relationship of trust remains.
