There was a problem with the delivery date. Since I urgently needed a car, I had accepted a one-day registration. I had been told in advance that the vehicle could only be registered to me after two months, one of which had already passed. I had agreed to this.
After one month, however, the vehicle was still not in Berlin, because the dealers involved had not managed to arrange transport. After another month it was there, but the dealer it was registered to had not sent a deregistration confirmation, so it could not be further registered to me. Shouldn't he have known that such a thing was required?
My contact at Kadea went out of his way to loan my son a vehicle for a few days at no charge. I got the impression that the cooperation within the dealer network did not work well, but that they did the best they could.
