I had to buy another Mokka because the Mokka 4x4 I had bought at another dealership (Hansastr.) probably had a damaged gearbox! Unfortunately Opel was not able to offer me a quick help. When a car is defective you need a quick solution and I went to a nit so good workshop, after about a week I was then told that no spare parts would be available. It is not easy to have understanding for the whole conversion at Opel !
I have been very satisfied with Opel-Haus Köpenik over the years!

I bought my Opel Adam (Köpenick) two years ago.
I felt very comfortable in this branch, because the employees are very nice and friendly.because this year, at the beginning of July, an error (engine) was permanently displayed when starting the engine, so a repair was necessary.the next day I could pick up my car !!! So not only the friendliness of the employees, but also the service is very important here !!!
The only thing I have to criticize is that the costs have risen quite a bit and no matter whether annual inspection or repair!!!!

In this case (goods in stock) I was delighted with the fast and uncomplicated processing.

I have been a customer at your branch in Tempelhof for more than a decade, have always been very satisfied and have seen the same employee every year for an inspection. Towards the last inspection I feel very badly advised. I was given an invoice for "AVP - air conditioning", which I was not made aware of in any way beforehand. During the consultation, it was not explained to me that this was not part of the otherwise free inspection and would therefore be subject to a charge. This workshop service was unnecessary and I would not have requested it if I had received the correct advice. Around EUR 90.00, an expense like this is a bit of a blow in this day and age. I am disappointed, but will of course be more attentive in future. Nevertheless, the thought of a tarnished relationship of trust remains.

The only thing I missed was the opportunity to inspect the vehicle together with the master mechanic under a lifting platform so that certain weak points or problems could be clarified in advance.

The advice and service during the purchase was very good. The support for my car after it broke down was very good on the part of the salesperson and satisfactory on the part of the workshop. Since the mobility guarantee is only 5 days, Hyondai's advertising is just palaver if the car is in the workshop for 14 days, as in my case. I also have this with the ADAC.
