I registered for a tire change in the Ford app. The appointment was also confirmed. Then I receive a call from Kuttendreier saying that the appointment is not possible. It was explained to me with technical difficulties. Some systems didn't fit together. Of course I was very disappointed. This is probably not possible for other appointments either. You still have to make appointments by phone.
I don't like the fact that when I made an appointment to have my winter wheels changed to summer wheels in February, I wasn't told that the service was already due in January! Only when I wanted to hand in my car was I asked if I wanted to have the long overdue service done at the same time.
The agreed appointment (tire change / service) was kept, everything was done quietly and within the expected time frame. However, it would have been nice if the responsible employee had not only changed the tires in the background, but had also asked briefly whether anything else was pending and how much time should be allowed for the tire change.
