This time I was only there to change the tires and wondered why the whole thing took about an hour this time. The young colleague who drove my tires into the basement and took out the other tires was not exactly brimming with work ethic. I have probably never seen anyone trot across the yard so slowly. A good hour for a tire change is definitely not customer-friendly.
The appointment was only for a tire change, but after leaving the workshop I received the following system information

I had brought the Ford Kuga I bought from you to you for its MOT renewal. So far everything went as I had hoped and the registration was renewed. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, I was surprised to find that the registration document was not in the vehicle as the lady at reception had claimed. After 15 minutes of searching in the pouring rain, it was discovered that the registration document had been inserted into the clipboard at the back. The colleague at the desk was obviously unaware of this. In this case, she had obviously not received the appropriate instructions. There was great relief when the ticket was found after all.
Communication about "How long will my appointment take?" internally poor. Had to take a longer route due to an unsignposted construction site (bridge at Gronsdorf S-Bahn station closed) and arrived 20min late for the appointment. On the phone I got the information that this is no problem, the appointment lasts only about 30min and I could wait for it anyway (arrival was 16:25), on site I then received the statement that the appointment lasts 1.5 hours. That would have been with my appointment at 16:00Uhr and a punctual arrival already impossible. I am therefore driven again without having achieved anything.
An alternative appointment was only offered on explicit request. First it was said: "We are fully booked!".
My experience with the dealership have been consistently positive so far, so I am very surprised about the poor communication (takes only 30min, can wait for my car vs. takes 1.5h). I hope this remains an exception.
Unfortunately, despite an appointment for a 6th annual inspection without any additional work on my part, the vehicle was not ready until the next day. Otherwise, no conspicuousness. Advice on the vehicle (joint review on the vehicle at delivery) would be desirable, but was only offered at the first annual inspection.
