The process was as it should be. Mr. Schlecht was as always very nice and competent. What does not work at all is the pricing: Opel Corsa small inspection incl. Big Deal (working time for free) = 458€. No thanks, that was then the last Opel "Fachwerkstattbesuch" for me. Then I go to an independent workshop of my confidence and save me every year at least 1/3 in costs and with the same good performance including free replacement vehicle.
We were completely satisfied with Mr. Stiller ! Super advice and totally competent.
I would also like to mention positively that we were in the meantime in their branch in Straubing. We broke the sensor of the turbocharger on Friday afternoon. Without problems, the sensor was replaced on Friday afternoon without an appointment! Respect and thank you for fixing the problem.
We are looking for a car for our son in the spring and thanks to the great advice from Mr. Stiller and the uncomplicated service in Straubing definitely look that we find in one of their branches!
Many thanks to Mr. Rösch for his great and sound advice, organization and support in leasing a new car and the referral to Opel-Rent in the bridging phase. Everything worked out wonderfully, all appointments went exactly as planned. The advice, including all explanations, was friendly, polite and extremely competent - as a new customer, I felt very well looked after, informed and supported. And for all further questions such as all matters and repairs around the car, I know that I am in good hands with the Sieber company. THANK YOU!

What is to be criticized was the excessive waiting time for a small customer service.
Otherwise, we were satisfied.
We had an appointment at 9:30 and the car was unfortunately not driven to the workshop until 13:30.
Mr. Berger has convinced me completely and I feel very well taken care of with him " super satisfied"!!!
Was now for the 2.times at the INSPEKTION and everything went to my complete satisfaction- my car is again in excellent condition!
in the reception area with the " ladies" there is the "one or the other " since one does well to them " not" to address"!
