Through a car breakdown we got to know this workshop. Since we were a family on the way from Pinneberg to Croatia, we were of course with roof box ,2 teenagers and fully loaded on the road. Accordingly, we were down and also desperate how to proceed. The car was in Hamburg with the same problem already 4 days before in a workshop (because he took no gas and hobbled like a kangaroo). In Hamburg nothing was found.
In the Autoarena also first no error was displayed and also not found, after a test drive the error appeared again and it was meticulously searched by the staff for this error although no error message was displayed and actually after checking all cables (including hidden) was found a kinked cable, it was immediately renewed everything. And it ran again without grumbling and hobbling. Mr. Ederer not only calmed us down in the emergency, but also gave us the confidence that everything should go on as planned for us from now on. I have NEVER experienced such a great workshop and staff as here.
Even if I come from Pinneberg, I would buy a new KIA there.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The customer service prices for my purely electric Ioniq are pure rip-off on the part of Autoarena IN. On the Internet and on request at other Hyundai dealers is the 2nd customer service for the purely electric Ioniq (first registration 2020) from 200 € to 250 € the speech which is absolutely fine for me but not after long negotiations still get a bill of almost 340 €. The 2nd KD is only the pollen and cabin filter, the brake fluid changed and a few Durchsichtumfänge carried out, I wonder what justifies this sum!!?
Rene Huber was our consultant, he is very experienced about his job and supported us gladly. Muhammad Karatay from customer service also supported us kindly, they are both very professional and supportive. Habe mit meinen 75 Jahren schon viele Autos gekauft. Eines der besten Autohäuser war die Autoarena München und besonders Herr Karsten Bohm. Er war immer freundlich ,hilfsbereit, kompetent, und vertrauensvoll. Er hat uns geholfen, den Antrag für die Umweltprämie auszufüllen. Frau Sema Altintas von Autoarena München hat uns beim Kauf des Hyundai Ioniq 5 kundig, freundlich und präzis beraten. Dasselbe gilt für die Preisfindung (Inzahlungnahme unseres Altwagens), den Kaufabschluss und die Hilfe beim Förderantrag (BAFA). Einzig die Einführung ins Auto bei Abholung (durch einen Azubi) war etwas suboptimal.

Haben eine Leasinganfrage für einen Tucson PlugIn Hybrid gestellt. Keine 5 Minuten später klingelte das Telefon und es meldete sich Herr Bohm. Von diesem Moment an, bis zur Auslieferung bzw. Abholung des Fahrzeuges in München, stand uns Herr Bohm per Mail oder auch telefonisch immer sehr hilfsbereit zur Seite. Besonderes Bonbon: das Fahrzeug wurde sogar etwas früher ausgeliefert als ursprünglich geplant!
