Dear ladies and gentlemen,
I have only positive experiences with Autohaus Kropf, City of Nuremberg. From my first day, discussing with Mr. Justin Lieberth, to the last day to pick up the car! Waiting time for the car was about two months. It is ok, because Mr. Lieberth already told me that. After about 2 months I should get the car. But there were some problems with the car and the handover took another two weeks. In this time I got another one as a replacement! Free of charge, I must say! After solving the problem with my ordered car, I returned the replacement car normally and got my ordered car right away. Problems happened, but with good team, solution can always find! My biggest respect for Kropf team! I hope for future kindness and professional support!

I was very satisfied with the customer advisor Mr. Luna. Unfortunately, I had to register my car in the workshop a few days after the handover on June 20, 2024, because various indicator lights lit up red and that on the 1st trip on the highway!!!! Because of the repair, I was again without a car for 2 days and I would have been very happy to receive an apology or at least an expression of regret from the dealership.

We had our car serviced by TÜV and everything went really well, our car was even ready earlier than planned.
But what I've noticed for the second time now is that we had to wait 4 weeks for a service appointment, which I think is a bit too long.
