Delay in the completion of the customer service by one day despite a firm promise of an appointment! With a journey of about 150 km I would have expected a timely information! A time expenditure of 2 days and a trip of 600 km only for customer service seems to me as an imposition, especially since this could have been solved better and more satisfactory on the part of the company Kropf. Very disappointing!
The price of car on the website cheaper than in the house.I had to pay more.With the seller I have made out wish license plate but get completely different. I was told I would be called but it has not called back.the date for the handover would be postponed again and again.I think you should rather say it takes before you make promises that you do not keep.
Unfortunately, I had in the past the öfteren problems in various areas with the dealership. Last time it was better, but at the last appointment I received - despite commitment - no call for pickup and when I arrived at 4 pm no one was there and I had to look longer for a contact person and was also misdirected by a note at the info. I hope it works better next time.
