As a Berliner, I was lucky enough to experience an interested and friendly Toyota car dealer in Meißen. He picked me up from Dresden's main station and, after handing over the car, gave me a few little things and accessories, including a good bottle of sparkling wine. Things were very different 4 years ago in Berlin.

The quoted price was higher than I thought and I ever paid and the bill was another 10% higher than the quote. The one lady at reception just said "well, everything around is getting more expensive". So I will not recommend the two ladies at reception/collection. The service man early on at the car drop-off made a competent impression on me and I am happy to recommend him. Appointments (drop-off, pick-up) are always kept - very good.

Changing wheels and storing them for HALF a year is getting more and more expensive, now as much as 120 euros. The limit has been reached, especially for pensioners who can no longer carry the wheels. Why isn't there at least an annual price or a discount for loyal customers?
