We have been regular customers of AIS Toyota for many years, but increasingly we have to notice that the service has decreased a lot, especially in the last time. A few years ago it was common to get an appointment in the morning for a "major" inspection (e.g. after 30,000 or 60,000km) and to get the car back in the afternoon. This also sometimes took no more than 3-4 hours. Today it is common to drop off your car in the afternoon and receive it back only the next day (!). In addition, despite the BigDeal voucher, with a bill of 450€, you can expect that if the car is visibly dirty, it will be vacuumed once and possibly run through the car wash. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case at all and, in our opinion, a great pity, as it should naturally be part of the service. So one takes his car just dirty again.
