As always, the staff is very courteous and everything possible is done to provide a good service. The inspection was carried out to my satisfaction.
This time there was also nothing wrong with the on-board computer and everything was set as I had done. Unfortunately, the problem with the turn signal behavior of the Opel Mokka could not be solved at this appointment. This was now the third warranty appointment since September 2022 in which it is tried to fix the defect detected by Opel when using the turn signals.
In the meantime, the uncontrolled behavior of the turn signals has led to dangerous situations in traffic. Here is an example: The turn signal is set e.g. to change lanes or to turn off, after taking out the turn signal, either by automatic or by manual operation, the turn signal flashes by itself in the opposite direction.
Hereby I ask you to solve this problem with Opel before the warranty of the car is expired.
As requested by their employees, to shoot a video of the error is unfortunately not possible for me because the behavior of the turn signal system does not occur every time I drive.
Since I do not urgently need the car from 17.06.2023 for a few days, they could troubleshoot over a longer period.
If they can not fix the error I need an alternative from Opel, because it is as already described not safe to drive with this error and it is not acceptable for me to accept the error in a newly purchased car just like that.
