Ms. Arens is very effective at conveying the material. Thanks in particular to her clear delivery and excellent presentation skills, I found it easy to follow the training attentively throughout the entire session.
The training sessions are clearly prepared with great care.

The sessions were structured in such a way that the participants remained engaged throughout. I was particularly impressed by how well Ms. Arens conveys the content, especially through her clear manner of expression and excellent presentation skills.

I had many "aha" moments during Ms. Arens’ "Requirements Engineering" seminar and immediately applied what I learned to my interactions and daily work—with excellent results.

Ms. Arens possesses extensive expertise, which she presented in a simple and understandable way during the training. She conveyed the importance of requirements engineering and provided an initial overview of the methods—just right for a foundational course, neither too much nor too little.

All in all, the requirements engineering training was not only informative but also very engaging—a must for anyone who wants to communicate and work better and more efficiently.
