On May 7, I received an e-mail confirming my appointment for May 22. I then took a vacation that week and planned it around this date. When I brought the car by on May 22nd at 8:00 a.m., I was first asked if the car would stay there overnight, as the HU/AU could only be done on May 23rd. I said no, as I had several out-of-town appointments on the 23rd. I was then told that the inspector would also happen to be in the building on May 24.
I was able to realize the 24.05. with a feasible adjustment of my vacation plans.
Therefore only 3 stars for processing. Otherwise everything was OK.

I don't recommend anything or anyone else because of bad experiences, which have nothing to do with your company or your work.

I have been a customer of the dealership for many years. When I bought my new cars, the service was very good.
Only when I bought my used cars was the purchase price always below my expectations. In terms of the price/performance ratio, I gave the rating "satisfactory". However, this is not the fault of the dealership, but of the current inflationary situation, to which the dealership must also bow.

As always, everything went very smoothly.
