I feel well looked after by AMZ's service department. The only annoying thing is the overcrowding on the premises. Wouldn't it be possible to reserve spaces there for delivery by appointment?

The order has never been processed as quickly as this time (approx. 2 hours).

Unfortunately, the service booklet, warranty extension and service vouchers were missing when the car was handed over. It's possible that all of this has been sent in the meantime. I can't check that because I'm not at home.

All good, only parking the car is a bit difficult, hardly any space available

I have never had a vehicle where the battery was regularly discharged. After 6 years of complaining, I stopped again in October 2023 in the evening after buying groceries. Only a jump start by my daughter could resolve the situation.
I have also never had clutch damage (leaking hydraulic hose) after 33,000 km in any car (Opel, BMW, Mercedes, VW Passat, Opel). 800 € for a repair does not necessarily please a pensioner.

It was my first contact with AMZ, so I can only give a first impression: I found the customer friendliness of the staff to be particularly positive. The search for a parking space for the car registered for inspection was somewhat problematic.

Very friendly service, fast and correct processing of the workshop order.

My Opel Mokka was at the service center and was ready super fast by noon. My grandma was celebrating
her 91st birthday ;-). Although there was a shortage of staff, my wish was granted and the car was
ready by 12 noon.

Winter tires were not washed, although this was ordered and stated on the invoice. Washing was not charged.
