What a pity! Then the message in the afternoon: Your car is ready. Couldn't believe it. When asked: Oil filter was leaking. Didn't tighten the filter correctly a year ago or did the seal tear? No answer. No further information on collection. The assumption remains that consequential damage has occurred due to insufficient lubrication during prolonged highway driving with 0-W20 oil. Best to sell the car through a dealer....

All in all ok!

I am satisfied with the implementation of the order, the advice and the speed of completion. The long waiting time for an appointment (four weeks) and the rather high costs for spare parts are annoying.

It was bad that although I had reserved the appointment by phone, the data for my previous car was printed out and I first had to point out to the staff that these were the wrong data. I also don't understand why the customer service for my car was supposed to cost 750! EURO and was reduced to 450 after my complaint

We were not satisfied with the fact that the electronic display was set differently than we needed. If it is the case that it was used as a "working document", the mechatronics engineers should
should reset the display to its previous state.
