I am an existing customer and have already bought several cars from Kropf, so everything is OK.

Appointment allocation adventurous: not possible online, not reachable by phone. Only via a call center!
Order acceptance by Mr. Baumann very good.
When picking up the car, only the invoice was handed over. Entries in the service booklet only on request.
Likewise the issuing of the mobility guarantee.
The ladies at the reception, at the invoice issue and key return with papers were not up to their task (overstrained).

I am very dissatisfied/annoyed with one thing. In addition to my previous satisfaction with the quality of the work carried out, I was able to benefit from a bonus card which also guaranteed a very good price-performance ratio and ensured that I didn't even think of looking for an alternative workshop.
For my current invoice, I was informed that this bonus card (due to a change of management), whose cost-reducing effect I had always assumed when placing the order, would not be applied and that the price-performance ratio would of course change considerably as a result.
When I consider that my invoice amount has changed considerably as a result of this discontinuation, I would have considered it necessary/fair if I had been informed of this as a customer. And I would have done so at the time when the decision to cancel was made, because then I could have made my decision to award the contract on the basis of actual cost expectations.
I am not enthusiastic about the unexpected additional costs (due to the discontinuation of the bonus card) but
I am very annoyed about the lack of information.

No recommendation as the relocation of the workshop to Bessemerstrasse means that I no longer have the local advantage over Deutschherrnstrasse.

Everything went smoothly.

A simple oil change for 300 euros? 1 liter of 5W20 engine oil for 25 euros? That seems overpriced to me....

There should be an understanding between the employees, I was informed by phone that I can pick up my car after an hour and the gentleman could not make an invoice because his system does not work and I get an invoice by mail so said to me when I was there at pickup, the nice gentleman says so what we do not do you have to wait until my colleagues print out the invoice for you, I wait + 25 minute says to me again never my system somehow does not work. I send you invoice by mail??? I said that at the beginning but nobody was interested and the communication with the customer was unfriendly, if you talk to the customer we should look at him not somewhere else.

As this was a known design fault in the BCM 20 pin connector on the body control unit - as a result of which windshield washer fluid caused contacts on the control unit to corrode via capillary action - which occurs sooner or later in practically every one of these models, I would have expected a reputable car supplier to issue a corresponding notification of defect so that the known fault could be rectified during the next service (replacement of the connector with the new type). I would have paid the bill for a new plug without any problems, but the fact that the entire control unit had to be replaced due to the lack of replacement, including key reprogramming etc. casts a very poor light on Ford and I am already considering whether I will buy this brand again next time.

I wanted a quote for winter wheels. I was told that I would receive an offer in a few days. After I didn't get anything for 2-3 weeks, I asked again. Then it took a few more days until I could order the wheels and had an appointment to change them.
The reason for the delay was illness. But unfortunately the beginning of winter doesn't take that into consideration ;o)
But in the end everything worked out in time.
