They don't really listen to what the customer wants. I only brought my car in for an inspection and did not request a tire change. When I picked up my car after the inspection, I was told that the tires (which only cost €92) had been changed. I didn't want it because I only drive the car for one more winter due to the lease. What should I do? Pay or not?
