Buying and registering the car was very straightforward and quick. The only pity was that when we picked up the (used) car, the yellow engine warning light came on and the car had to stay there for another two days.

Mr. Stolle was particularly committed to my cause.

Service and friendliness

I bought two new cars there, everything went really well.
Only when it comes to service is it underground.
I tried to make an appointment for the first annual inspection and asked about the costs. I was told by the call center that they couldn't say how much an inspection would cost, I would have to come by and clarify this on site (30 km through the city for one question), I should write an email about what I did. But you don't get an answer to an email.
It seems that kadea can no longer do more than sell, which is a shame as we were about to order a Ford Kuga and will now look for another dealer where service is still available.

We are always delighted to find so many friendly employees in all areas.

We are very satisfied overall. The problem was that we had to wait quite a long time for the vehicle to be registered.

I was pleasantly surprised by the extraordinary friendliness of the staff, despite the recognizable stress.
Unfortunately, their availability on the phone leaves a lot to be desired. However, I have a little understanding for this, as I have noticed that the employees who receive customers also have to serve customers on the phone at the same time. Nevertheless, an improvement in this respect is urgently needed.

All employees have so far been very courteous and helpful in their advice. The appointments were made very promptly and to my satisfaction. Even short waiting times were sweetened for me.
The advice I received when buying a new car 6 years ago was also very helpful. I like coming to this dealership because I feel that I am treated with confidence.

Had a bulb replaced from the headlight. Waiting time totally ok, price unbelievable - it was only a light bulb :).
Now the only thing left to do is to finally reimburse the cost of the rental car due to engine damage under warranty - after 2 years !!!
