Mr. Voigt advised me and my wife and took care of us, we just wanted to have a look at the offer and have a short consultation.
Mr. Voigt communicated openly with us and pushed us between every customer meeting and helped us to find a suitable vehicle.

Recently went to Sigg & Still in Donaustraße for a "small service" with my Focus. Reasonably priced and, as always, top service. Service advisor Mr. Uhl very friendly, nice and competent. I can only recommend him. Everything top!

Everything went well, but the telephone availability should be improved. 850 km one way to Augsburg to pick up the vehicle, can only recommend everyone to book a hotel for such distances. Car dealership only 6 KM from the train station. Vehicle waxed and taken over dust-free. This was also to be expected for a new car (one-day registration, Ford Transit flatbed). Incidentally, unbeatable offers and the sales department, in our case Mr. Voigt, did not lose the overview from the first conversation to the last conversation (1 day after collection).

The cover of our loading area was left open. Fortunately, nothing got away/it didn't rain. Nevertheless, it would be nice to pay attention to it.
There is also a new scratch at the back, not big but quite noticeable. I'm not sure whether it's from customer service or from shortly before. But if you get a video as a customer, it would be great to film around the car once before and once after the service.

Very good service, contact person really deserves to be called that.

She explained everything contractual to us in detail and answered our questions in a professional, friendly and patient manner.
