After the first customer service (after a year) I had a very good feeling because free of charge with service voucher.
Now after the second customer service I can not say that, because for low performance despite service voucher for my taste much is demanded.
We were "stranded" at this dealership due to a breakdown and were received very nicely. We were helped immediately and also provided a loaner car for the onward journey. When returning the rental car, a few days later, I actually forgot my wallet in the rental car, which was then sent to me but......and that's what I call customer service..... immediately !!!!

Very friendly staff and fast processing. That entire offer package for the car, an Opel standard also at other Opel dealerships, includes the essentials. No 5 stars in total, because we should still be sent a nachtreglieses offer, which was either forgotten or simply ignored, which I find a pity, because you as a customer but some money has left there. So far, everything works fine the future will show if that remains so.
Very nice contact. I traveled from Essen and was picked up at the station. Very friendly reception, professional briefing on my vehicle, all my questions were answered extensively.
