My daughter, who drives the Opel Adam we bought from you, had forgotten her wallet. I had to come and get her out because the issue of changing tires could only be paid for directly and not on account. That was what the employee said when I asked her. And this despite the fact that the tires are stored at your dealership, we have a multi-year service contract with your dealership and we bought the car used from you. I think that as a good customer you can be treated differently, i.e. more accommodatingly. That's why I asked for a callback, but instead I received this satisfaction survey. No recommendation for the dealership.

During the inspection, the nozzles for the windshield washer system were overlooked to clean..used car bought from you had a 5 year warranty which has now expired and unfortunately can no longer be extended or another one is offered..when buying a car not good advice....

Hello,
I have had the brakes done on my Meriva 2.
First of all, thank you again for making the appointment despite the vacation period.
What I wasn't so happy about was the fact that nothing had been done after 3 hours of waiting.
I saw my car in the yard and thought it was already done, but it still had the old brake disks on it.
When I asked, I was told that the wrong parts had arrived and it would take until the afternoon to repair them.
What annoys me is that I have to wait three hours for nothing, they could have phoned me.
A customer service employee once told me that every spare part is delivered within an hour in Munich.
That didn't go well.
On a positive note, I was given a rental car free of charge.
