So far I have been very satisfied with the overall performance of the workshop. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the inspection on 29.05.24. The order included the Hu/Au. On collection, this service was fully listed in the invoice when asked where the test report was, there was none and that this test had not been carried out. Not a word about why or why not. Also no apology or that I as a customer will be compensated. However, I was immediately given a new TÜV appointment.

At the last inspection, I was persuaded to have a repair done that was unnecessary in my opinion. The pressure was put on me as a woman who has no idea, because the MOT appointment was coming up.
With a mileage of 32,000 km and a five-year-old, well-maintained car, the rear brakes should still be in order. Especially as I always try to drive with foresight and avoid emergency braking as much as possible. That's why I'm very dissatisfied after my visit to the garage this time.

The service at all three Opel dealerships in Leipzig was very good and courteous. We found the vehicle we wanted at the Schönefeld branch. There we were advised and looked after by Mr. Sperhacke. We were very satisfied. He was always available to answer questions by phone and in person.
Unfortunately, the system for registering vehicles in Leipzig is a disaster. But that's not Opel's fault.

Mr. Sperhacke is great and has good nerves for customers. Always answers the phone and takes care of the sale.
